BALTIMORE, Md. -- Washington and Lee senior midfielder Adam Chesbrough (Haverford, Pa./Harriton) has been added to the south roster for the annual North-South Men's Lacrosse Senior All-Star game to be held at 12:00 pm on Sat., June 11 at SUNY-Cortland.
Chesbrough joins senior attackman Gavin Molinelli (Northport, N.Y./Northport), who was also selected, marking the 11th-straight year that W&L will have a player participate in the game.
Chesbrough earned Honorable Mention All-ODAC accolades in 2005 after totaling two goals and one assist, and winning 114-of-196 (.582) faceoffs. For his career, Chesbrough played in 45 games, totaling four goals and six assists for 10 points. He also won 251-of-438 (.573) career faceoffs and scooped up 170 ground balls.
During his career, W&L won two ODAC titles and advanced to the NCAA Semifinals in 2002 and the NCAA Quarterfinals in 2004. Washington and Lee finished its 2005 season with a 9-5 overall record, 4-2 in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
