LEXINGTON, Va. -- Washington and Lee placed three individuals on the All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference golf team which was announced recently.
Senior Chip Campbell (Memphis, Tenn./Memphis University School) and sophomore Ged Johnson (Darien, Conn./Taft School) were both placed on the first team, while freshman Tom Borda (Northville, Mich./Northville) was named to the second team.
Campbell earned his second straight first team selection after leading W&L in stroke average (75.4) over 18 rounds played. Johnson posted a 76.4 average over 18 rounds, while Borda averaged 77.9 strokes over 18 rounds.
Campbell was also selected to participate as an individual in the NCAA Division III Championships held May 12-15 in Delaware, Ohio.
Washington and Lee placed third in the ODAC Championships on Apr. 21-22 and is ranked 20th according to the GolfStat Division III rankings.
