RIDDLE SELECTED TO COMPETE IN IWLCA WOMEN'S LAX ALL-STAR GAME

BALTIMORE, Md. -- Washington and Lee senior attacker Katherine Riddle (St. Clair Shores, Mich./Univ. Liggett) has been selected to participate in the IWLCA Division III North/South Women's Lacrosse All-Star Game on June 10 in Baltimore, Md.

Riddle will take part in the Division III portion of the 2000 STX Lacrosse Festival, an all-day event on June 10 at Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Field. The Division III all-star game is slated for 4:00 pm.

A tri-captain for the Generals, Riddle garnered a spot on the 2000 Old Dominion Athletic Conference first team after being named to the second team last season. She finished the year with a team-high 29 goals and 13 assists for a total of 42 points. For her career, Riddle amassed 100 goals and 41 assists to rank fourth on the all-time W&L career scoring list.

Washington and Lee finished its' season with a record of 8-5 overall. The Generals completed the regular-season at 7-1 in the ODAC, good enough for the second seed the ODAC Tournament.
