LEXINGTON, Va. -- The Washington and Lee men's lacrosse team has earned a bye and home field advantage through the quarter and semifinals of the NCAA Tournament in an announcement made Sunday afternoon by the NCAA.
The Generals (13-1) earned the No. 2 seed and will face the winner of the Ohio Wesleyan-Denison game on Saturday, May 15 at 1:00 pm at Wilson Field. OWU and Denison will play on Wednesday afternoon.
Should W&L win its quarterfinal game, it would face either Salisbury State, Hampden-Sydney, or Lynchburg in the semifinals on May 22 at Wilson Field. The finals will be held on May 30 at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Gettysburg earned the number one seed followed by W&L, Salisbury State, and Washington College.
