LEXINGTON, Va. — Washington and Lee will have three athletes competing at the Division III NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Lincoln, Neb., which start today at 11:00 am central time.
First-year Dana Lee (Nashville, Tenn./St. Cecilia Academy) will compete in the long jump, junior Aaron Jeong (Federal Way, Wash./Thomas Jefferson) in the 60m and senior Zander Tallman (Grand Blanc, Mich./Cranbrook-Kingswood) in the 400m. The championships can be viewed live for free at http://www.ncaa.com/liveschedule.
Lee will compete in the long jump prelims and finals, which start at 3:00 pm eastern time.
Tallman will compete in the 400m prelims, which start at 3:50 pm eastern time. In order for him to advance to the finals on Saturday, he will need to have one of the Top 8 times in the prelims.
Jeong competes in the 60m prelims at 4:30 pm eastern time. Jeong will need to either win his heat or be in the next six fastest times to advance to Saturday’s final.
